Heenat Salma is an initiative dedicated to holistic methods in agriculture, architecture, and community development.

Their six-course Suhoor menu includes an array of slow-cooked local, Mediterranean and Levantine dishes, all made with their organic farm produce, signature spices, and handpicked aromatic herbs served along with hot and cold beverages. While the snack menu on offer is a curated assortment of nourishing sweet and savoury delicacies along with a refreshing beverage.
